Countryside Ravines is an estate subdivision located on Edmonton's west boundary that is designed to cater to the demands of discerning buyers. This subdivision offers strict design guidelines that reflect a high quality and standard of development that protects the investment of a discriminating buyer.

We have made every effort to meet, and in fact, exceed, the demands of the discriminating home buyer. The following criteria show some of the ways that Countryside Ravines has been able to satisfy the needs of today's purchaser.

All lots offer at least a half acre of space (approximately 105' frontage by 200' deep) so that you can have friends and neighbors nearby, but without being able to "shake hands out the dining room window". Lots are priced about the same as any lot in an upper end subdivision in Edmonton, but offer about three times as much room.

The subdivision offers full city services, which means that the lots are the same as any lot in a city subdivision, so that there is no concern about having to deal with wells, holding tanks, and septic systems. This also means that there are fire hydrants, and special decorative street lighting.

There is also an abundant supply of lots that offer a walk-out basement feature, and most of those lots face into a treed ravine that is an environmental reserve.
